At the centre of the suite, eClinical replaces the paper consultation with a fast, AI-assisted clinical workspace built specifically for specialists. Clinicians manage patient histories, order investigations, issue ePrescriptions, capture images, and draft clinical correspondence without switching between systems. It integrates natively with Medicare, DVA, Medical Objects, Zeiss, and the rest of the MedNext ecosystem into one connected record from the first consultation onwards.

Consent forms, privacy agreements, and clinical approvals are handled entirely within eSign. Forms are prepared inside MedNext and sent to patients for completion, signed remotely on any device or in-clinic at the front desk. Every signature is captured with a full audit trail, stored against the patient record, and available for compliance review at any time. The physical consent folder is gone.

ePay integrates payment processing directly into the consultation workflow, closing the gap between billing and collection that paper-based invoicing creates. Patients pay online before or after their appointment, with automatic reconciliation, receipts, and records updated in real time. Powered by Tyro Health, it removes the friction from end-of-visit payments entirely and no manual reconciliation or missing invoices.

Patients book their own appointments any time, from any device, with eBooking's real-time availability engine pulling directly from the MedNext schedule. Automated confirmations and reminders reduce no-shows before they happen. New bookings arrive in the system without a reception step, the calendar updates instantly, and the patient record is ready and waiting before they arrive.

For patients, ePortal is their secure digital window into the practice. They access results, manage upcoming appointments, submit forms, and communicate with their care team from an authenticated interface that works on any device. For practices, ePortal shifts routine patient communication to self-service, reducing inbound call volume and freeing reception to focus on patients who need it most.

eScribe uses AI transcription to draft clinical correspondence to referral letters, specialist reports, and follow-up notes directly from the consultation. Clinicians speak, review, and confirm in seconds rather than dictating or typing from memory after the fact. Letter templates tuned to each specialty ensure consistency without flattening the clinical voice, and every letter links back to the patient record automatically.

MedNext's telehealth layer runs entirely in the browser, no software to install on either side of the consultation. eVisit is built directly into the eClinical record, so every virtual encounter sits inside the patient history exactly like any in-person appointment. It is billed, documented, and coded correctly from the moment the consultation ends, with full Medicare compliance built in.

Theatres are among the most paper-intensive environments in healthcare. eOR replaces printed surgical lists, paper checklists, and physical ward books with a single, real-time digital view of the operating room. From pre-admission consent through to post-operative discharge, every step of the theatre workflow is captured, auditable, and connected to the central patient record no scanning, no shredding, no manual handover sheets.

MedNext eRFA replaces outdated, paper-heavy admission processes with a secure, digital workflow. Surgeons and patients co-sign admission requests online, instantly linked to hospital scheduling and patient records. By removing printing, faxing and scanning, eRFA becomes the starting point of a fully paperless hospital system

During a gastroscopy or colonoscopy, Image Capture takes the live feed straight from the endoscopy processor and saves the doctor's selected frames into the record of the patient currently in theatre. It is the procedure-specific counterpart to the everyday photo capture already built into eClinical, eVisit, and ePortal, real internal images, automatically linked to the right patient, ready for the procedure report.
